I was a patient here for years until I moved out of the area. I would still make the drive there. I had made an appointment to get a quick bloodpressure check so I could get my prescription filled. I was driving there from over an hour away and told them I would get there as soon as possible but might be late due to traffic. The secretary said not to worry as there were other appointments open. I got there 6 mins late and I was told they could no longer see me (mind you, there is a sign that says you have a 10-15 min window). They were going to lunch. I asked about the other appointment I was told was open and they said it had been filled. I was in tears as I asked if they could just quickly check my bloodpressure. The doctor I normally see walked right by the office. It would have taken them 5 minutes. They knew I was on my way, and knew I needed that medicine. They could have called to tell me not to come in. I ended up having to go to an Urgent care and never went there again.
