Spend time in Moravia w/ my elderly Mom to do her shopping. Stopped at this bank to exchange to $50 bills for a local raffle. I was asked if I had an account there. Didn't expect to need one if I was just looking for change. Girl had to go and ask. Well, no, because I didn't gave an account with them & due to the possibility of "conterfeit bills" they could not meet my request. "YOU'RE A BANK!!!!!!"
